Our personal training program starts with a current assessment on your fitness level and everyday habits. We do this to evaluate your current fitness state and what regiment will yield the best results. Our trainers are dedicated to helping you reach your goals. We have three to seven programs available:

Committed Member Program
(Jump Start)

- Meet with trainer 2-3 times a week

Dedicated Athlete Program
- 8 weeks
- Assessment midway through program
- Meet with trainer 2-3 times a week

The Complete Transformation Program
- 12 weeks

- Meet with trainer 2-3 times a week
Purchasing programs by weekly duration will give members access to see their program online. Programs cannot be shared unless purchased in bulk.

When I started taking classes with Ron almost two years ago, I had two children I could barely keep up with, and was struggling to lose 65 pounds of pregnancy weight. I was also having knee and back issues. I joined Ron’s amazing group fitness classes (Kickboxing and Bootcamp Xtreme) and did some personal training with him. Ultimately, I lost all of the pregnancy weight (and more), my knee and back issues disappeared, and at 41 years old I am in the best shape of my life. Ron’s classes are very effective and my results have been fabulous, but the greatest reward for me is the sheer enjoyment I get from the classes – the moves, the music, and Ron’s enthusiasm make the classes so much fun! I was more of a DIY fitness person until I tried Ron’s cycle and H.I.I.T. classes. He provides tremendous instruction, encouragement, and above all a challenging workout. His workouts stress proper technique to maximize your workouts. The environment he creates is always conducive to an enjoyable session while still putting in that work. He also does a great job of providing ways to supplement your health goals with training tips and nutritional advice as another way to provide a holistic experience.

I have been taking Ron’s classes since he started with Club Fit. I have seen considerable results from his HIIT classes – I get a higher calorie burn from these 45 minute classes then an hour of cardio!
