Personal Training

Our personal training program starts with a current assessment on your fitness level and everyday habits. We do this to evaluate your current fitness state and what regiment will yield the best results. Our trainers are dedicated to helping you reach your goals. We have three to seven programs available:

Committed Member Program
(Jump Start)

  • 4 weeks
  • Complimentary assessment at the beginning
  • Meet with trainer 2-3 times a week

Dedicated Athlete Program

  • 8 weeks
  • Assessment midway through program
  • Meet with trainer 2-3 times a week

The Complete Transformation Program

  • 12 weeks
  • Assessment midway through program
  • Meet with trainer 2-3 times a week

Purchasing programs by weekly duration will give members access to see their program online. Programs cannot be shared unless purchased in bulk.
